Tiktok Live Streaming Host

We are looking for experienced Tiktok live-streaming hosts to generate more online sales. This is a remote position.

Minimum Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Presenting & Live streaming: You will be presenting mainly female fashion Jewelry products and accessories through our channel in Tiktok at your own place. You have to provide a good space with necessary decors and light for streaming. 
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Sales & E-commerce: You will be sales-oriented, use innovative tactics & have the excellent product knowledge to make sales on TikTok Shop via Livestream. Also, you will brainstorm with our marketing team to produce more creative and unique ways of presenting. The commission could be paid based on your sales performance.
• Great communication skills, and previous styling & blogging is a plus
• Training on strategy will be provided. We will help you succeed.
• All product samples will be shipped directly to you.
• This is a remote (work from home) position.

Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for sales associates for our Popup store located in NYC. You will be exposed to a multitask environment including greeting customers, delivering brand messages, managing inventory and sales, checkout etc.
Like everything we do, our retail experience is different. It’s about making customers feel comfortable, giving them the space to explore and support should they have questions. Guidelines and product names can be learned; genuine enthusiasm, eagerness to learn and passion for the Shapes Studio customer experience cannot.
We do not have a traditional retail environment. The schedule is fixed for the most part to encourage those who are excited and willing to make Shapes Studio their career.

Minimum Qualifications & Responsibilities

• Must have previous experience of working in retail sales, Artist market and holiday market experience are a strong plus.
• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the US.
• Provide an exceptional experience to all customers you interact with from the moment they enter our store.
• Be able to achieve daily or weekly sales goal.
• In the know and knowledgeable of all Shapes Studio products and latest launches.
• Clean and organize the display table. Provide simple customer services for customizing items and exchanges.
• Facilitate the checkout process through POS.
