EXCHANGES AND RETURNS


Shapes Studio gladly accepts returns of unworn, unused, undamaged or defective merchandise within 14 days of the original purchase. All items must be in the original packaging.

In order to get your return processed quickly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that all sale items and items that have been altered are final sale.

CHANGE OF MIND

We are happy to assist you exchange / return any item(s) you. You are responsible to purchase your own return label. For refunds to credit cards and PayPal, we deduct your original shipping cost.

We recommend using a Registered post with insurance to return items to Shapes Studio and we advise you to take a copy of your tracking number. Shapes Studio is not responsible or accountable for the loss of items being returned. 

MISSING / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We are happy to send you a replacement for any missing / defective items. If any items are out of stock, you will receive a full refund.

If you would like to return the defective item(s) instead of a replacement, for refunds to credit cards and PayPal, we deduct your original shipping cost.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  1. Email sales@shapesstudionyc.com to request your Return Authorisation Number (RA) within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include in the email your order number, and which item(s) you would like to exchange/refund and the reasons for your return. Attach any photos or proofs for defective items.
  3. We will respond to you within 48 hours once your request has been received. You will receive an email with your unique RA number and the return address.
  4. Please make sure you send out your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  5. Once your return is received, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 10 business days (please allow an additional 3 days for your refund to appear in your account).
