- Although our jewelry are water resistant, we recommend to keep it away from chemical materials such as perfume
Yes! This means that for 1 year from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your jewelry if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs under proper usage. Just contact us sales@shapesstudionyc.com and we'll work together to find a resolution. Exclusions from warranty: loss of items, misusages such as damage from chemical (tanning products, hair products, etc.) or heat (fire, stove etc.). Note: Exclusions Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of shapesstudionyc.com) will not be covered under our warranty. Please reach out to the company the items were purchased from.
